How to avoid destraction in academics?

In some vast cases we have seen many people fail academically only because they failed to abide by certain rules. Hence why its not surprising to see a person who used to do well in his her studies becomes derailed. Once you see such an individual, you should know that somehow that particular person forgot the reason why he is at school!

Steps in doing well in your academics

1. Stay focused

One of the major reasons why people end up failing is because somewhere somehow they just lost their focus. Going to school is like a soldier in a mission. Each time you have to check if you are still putting your mind in you books, are you doing your work once the teacher or a lecturer has done his or her work!
Always check your routine. Check if its not distructing you.

2. Have a vision

If you don't have a vision at the start, don't worry but make sure that as time goes on you have one for yourself. There are lots of folks out there whom if you were toask them..."why are attending school?" They will be like...I am in school because my parents want me to. I mean what the hell is that! I'm sure you get it that such a person doesn't know where h/she is heading in the academics.

3. Always be positive

Positivity is the conquerer of any challenge- tweet this. If you are always positive in your academics, you are likely to go far than an intelligent person without positive mindset!
The reason I am mentioning positivity is that, in every journey there are always challenges. Even if troubles may come during your academic journey...ypur positivity will always give you strength that in future you are going to do well no matter what!

4. Have a desire.

Why do you desire to study? If you know the answer to this question, each and every you will be driven by your desire to work hard to achieve whatever you like.

5. Patience

Studying requires a lot of patience. If you don't have patience, after reading two or three pages of your notebook willbe enough! That's when you will start being a copycat; when exams approaches, you will copy because you ain't got patience to read all what your teacher taught you. I remember while in the university, some of my mates would be like " I read from here to here, from there I will be assisted by a written info which I shall sneak in the exam room" this made me laugh.

This is a sign of not having enough patience to go through the entire notes. What would surprise me was...how did they even know that whatever was in their secondary help being illegal paper would appear in the exam questions. You may have an objection based on what I say but what matters is...you have to have patience.

6. Choose friends or colleagues wisely

There's a saying that 'show me your friends and I will tell you who you are.' In most cases this is true..you can't be loitering with people who have a bad influence on you then expect people of bad influence to perform well.

What a day it has been...let's just tune up for a follow up article on matters of academics for this is a long process of things to do. Until next time...stay blessed
to perform well in your studies. That is very rare to find a person hanging out with
